The website does not currently provide account registration or an embedded contact form. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include, such as your email address, name, message, and any attachments.

2. Website operation

Our hosting and domain providers may process routine technical information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, device and browser information, request timestamps, and security logs. We do not currently use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

3. Desktop product principles

• Microphone, document, screen, or automation access should require a clear user action and applicable operating-system permission.
• Local processing and cloud processing should be visibly distinguished.
• Paid API calls should remain under user control with usage and cost information.
• Screen or document content should not be collected beyond what is necessary for a user-requested feature.

4. Retention and choices

Email correspondence is retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing privacy@alteriax.com. We may need to retain limited records when legally required.

5. Children and international visitors

AlteriaX is not directed to children under 13. Visitors use the website from different jurisdictions; additional notices or rights may apply based on location and will be addressed as the service expands.
